🇮🇹 Risotto al Tartufo (Truffle Risotto) 🍚🍄
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Arborio rice
• 1/4 cup truffle oil
• Fresh truffle shavings
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat butter in a pan and toast the Arborio rice for 2 minutes.
2️⃣ Add white wine and cook until absorbed.
3️⃣ Gradually add broth, stirring constantly until rice is creamy.
4️⃣ Stir in truffle oil, Parmesan, and salt.
5️⃣ Serve warm with fresh truffle shavings on top!
