Carrots, sliced 🥕
Onion, sliced 🧅
Garlic, minced 🧄
Honey 🍯
Soy sauce or tamari 🧂

Black pepper, salt, and green onions 🌿
👨🍳 Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and sear the chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté onions and carrots until softened and slightly caramelized. Add garlic, soy sauce, honey, and a splash of water, then return chicken to the pan. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and everything is glazed.
