Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
½ cup Reese’s Pieces
½ cup mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating until well blended.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
5. Gently fold in the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Reese’s Pieces, and mini peanut butter chips.
6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
7. Slightly flatten the tops of the dough balls with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
8. Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until the edges are set and lightly golden; the centers may appear a bit soft.
9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
