🍯 Honey - 2 tbsp
🥢 Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
🍋 Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
🌶️ Paprika - 1/2 tsp
🧂 Salt and pepper - to taste
For the Veggies:
🥦 Broccoli florets - 1 cup
🌱 Asparagus spears - 1 cup
🌄 Olive oil - 1 tbsp
🧂 Salt and pepper - to taste
For the Rice:
🍚 Cooked white rice - 1 cup
🍋 Lemon wedge - for garnish

Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this over the salmon fillets generously. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
