Asian Style Fried Vegetables 🥦
Ingredients:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snap peas or green beans
1 carrot, julienned or thinly sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
Black pepper to taste
Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, carrot, and onion. Stir-fry for about 5–7 minutes, stirring often, until veggies are tender-crisp.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and a little black pepper.
Toss everything together and cook for 2–3 more minutes until coated and hot.
Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Serve hot as a side or over rice or noodles for a full meal!
