For the Herbed Yogurt Sauce:
½ cup plain Greek yogurt 🥣

½ garlic clove, finely grated

Instructions:
Marinate the chicken: Combine cubed chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
Grill or pan-sear: Cook chicken in a hot skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat for about 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
Prepare the yogurt sauce: Mix Greek yogurt with chopped herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
