🛒 Ingredients:
For the steak:
300g sirloin or flank steak 🥩
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 garlic clove, minced 🧄
For the sauce:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 garlic clove, grated 🧄
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp lemon juice 🍋
Black pepper to taste
To serve:
1 cup cooked white rice 🍚
Chopped chives or scallions 🌿
👩🍳 Instructions:
Season steak with salt, pepper, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the rice and mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Sear steak in a hot pan 2–3 minutes per side (medium rare), then let it rest before slicing thinly. Assemble rice bowls with rice at the base, sliced steak on top, a generous drizzle of creamy garlic sauce, and a sprinkle of fresh chives. Serve immediately!

Add steamed veggies like broccoli or edamame for a fuller bowl.
Use sriracha in the sauce for a spicy twist.
