Creamy Mustard Chicken over Rice 🍛✨

🛒 Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts 🍗
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp chopped parsley 🌿
2 cups cooked white rice 🍚

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken and cook for about 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, add cream and Dijon mustard. Stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce. Serve over warm white rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
