No-bake monster cookie energy balls
ingredients
▢ 3 cups quick oats
▢ 1 cup peanut butter (smooth)
▢ ½ cup honey
▢ ⅓ – ½ cup mini m&m’s candy
instructions
1. in a large mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, and honey.
2. stir until fully combined and mixture is thick and sticky.
3. fold in mini m&m’s.
4. using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
5. place the energy balls on a lined baking sheet or tray.
6. chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
7. store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
