So Easy Broccoli and Mushrooms Stirfry
So tasty and delicious recipe which is very easy to make with just few ingredients.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oil to saute
1- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
3 cloves garlic minced
3 cups broccoli sliced (1 large crown)
Sauce:
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
1/2 tsp honey (sugar)
Salt and pepper to taste
In a cup or small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside.
In a small pot, blanch the broccoli for 1 minute or microwave with water for 2 minutes. Set aside.
In a large pan, add oil and saute the mushrooms for about 2 minutes in medium heat. Then, add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add the sauce and broccoli. Mix well till combined and until sauce thickens for about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add ground black pepper to taste. Serve on top of rice or noodles. Enjoy!
