For the Sauce 🥢:

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)

1 tbsp rice vinegar (or lime juice)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

For the Rice 🍚:

1 1/2 cups jasmine or basmati rice

3 cups water

Pinch of salt

For Garnish:

Drizzle of yogurt or mayo (optional, as shown)

Fresh cilantro or spring onions

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Cook rice in salted water until fluffy, then set aside. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan, add chicken, and stir-fry until golden. Add peppers and onion, cook until slightly softened. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Pour into the pan and toss until chicken and veggies are coated in sauce. Serve hot with rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with yogurt drizzle or herbs.
