Ingredients:
For the Beef:
1 pound boneless, skinless beef (such as sirloin or chuck), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the Rice:
1 cup cooked rice
For the Gochujang Dipping Sauce:
2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ginger, grated (optional)
Instructions:
Grill the Beef: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Grill the beef for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Make the Gochujang Dipping Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger (if using).
Assemble the Bowls: Divide the cooked rice among bowls. Top with grilled beef and drizzle generously with the Gochujang Dipping Sauce.
Tips:
You can use any type of beef you like for this recipe.
