🥩 Garlic Butter Herb Steak Bites
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Prepare the Steak:
Pat steak cubes dry with a paper towel.
Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
Sear the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak cubes in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter.
Stir in minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using).
Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Coat the Steak & Serve:
Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing to coat in garlic butter.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
