๐ Ingredients:
1.5 lb (680 g) flank or skirt steak, thinly sliced against the grain ๐ฅฉ
1 red bell pepper, sliced ๐ถ๏ธ
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced ๐ง
2 tbsp olive oil ๐ซ
Juice of 1 lime ๐
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste ๐ง
Optional: fresh cilantro, tortillas, sour cream for serving ๐ฟ
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix sliced steak, peppers, and onion with olive oil, lime juice, and all the seasonings. Let marinate for 10โ15 minutes. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to high. Cook the mixture in batches for 3โ5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is seared and veggies are slightly charred but tender. Serve hot with tortillas, salsa, or over rice!
