Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter cake!
Omg you guys have got to try this!
4 ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup swerve
- 2 TBLs of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter (this is optional you can skip the peanut butter and just do a chocolate cake as well.)
Crack the egg in a coffee cup and scramble with a fork. Next add the other ingredients and stir until blended well.
It will look like a brownie batter.
Pop in the microwave for 60 seconds and voila!
I topped mine with whipped cream for flair!
