📋 Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (optional)
📝 Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving some fat in the skillet.
2. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until softened.
4. Stir in the cooked chicken and rice, breaking up any clumps.
5. Push the mixture to one side of the skillet and crack an egg on the other side (if using). Scramble it and then mix it into the rice.
6. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and mix everything together.
7. Add the cooked bacon, season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
