Peanut Butter Oreo Fudge Bars
Ingredients:
For the Oreo Base:
24 Oreo cookies (regular or double-stuffed)
5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Fudge Layer:
1½ cups creamy peanut butter
1½ cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
For Topping:
8–10 mini Oreos (or regular Oreos cut in half)
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Base:
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor, pulse Oreos into fine crumbs.
Mix crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Freeze while you make the fudge layer.
2. Make the Peanut Butter Fudge:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk.
Stir constantly until smooth and creamy.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped Oreos.
3. Assemble:
Pour the fudge mixture over the chilled Oreo crust.
Smooth out the top with a spatula.
Immediately press mini Oreos and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
4. Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely set.
Slice into bars using a warm knife for clean cuts.
