Chinese Beef & Onion Stir Fry 🥩🧅 Don't Lose This Recipe! 🫵
Ingredients:

For the Stir Fry:
• 300g Sirloin Steak (or Ribeye, Flank, Blade Steak)
• ½ White Onion (sliced)
• 4-5 slices Ginger
• 3 cloves Garlic (minced or sliced)
• 1 stalk Green Onion (cut into 2-inch pieces)

Marinade:
• 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
• ½ tbsp Shaoxing Cooking Wine
• 2 tbsp Water
• 1 tsp Sesame Oil
• 1 tsp Cornstarch (add after marinating)
• 1 tbsp Oil (add after marinating)

Sauce:
• 1 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
• 1 tbsp Cornstarch
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1½ tbsp Oyster Sauce
• ½ tbsp Hoisin Sauce
• 1 tsp Sesame Oil
• ½ tbsp Shaoxing Wine (or Dry Sherry/Rice Wine)
• 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce (or regular soy sauce)
• ½ cup Water
🔥 Directions:

1️⃣ Prep Ingredients – Slice onion, garlic, ginger & green onions.
2️⃣ Marinate Beef – Slice beef against the grain & mix with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, water & sesame oil. Marinate 15 min. Then add cornstarch & oil, mix well.
3️⃣ Make Sauce – Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
4️⃣ Stir Fry Beef – Heat oil in a wok/pan on high. Sear beef 2-4 min until 90% cooked, then remove.
5️⃣ Cook Aromatics – Add ginger & cook until browned, then add garlic & onions. Stir fry until softened.
6️⃣ Combine Everything – Push onions aside, stir the sauce & pour it in. Let it thicken, then mix with onions.
7️⃣ Finish Dish – Add beef back, toss in green onions, stir-fry 1 min.
8️⃣ Serve – Plate immediately & enjoy with steamed rice! 🍚
