🛒 Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ green bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 small onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Steamed jasmine rice (for serving)
👨🍳 Instructions:
Prep ingredients: Slice all vegetables and chicken. Set aside.
Sauté aromatics: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onions, stir for 1 minute.
Cook chicken: Add chicken pieces and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Add vegetables: Toss in mushrooms, carrots, and peppers. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Sauce it up: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve: Plate the stir-fry with steamed rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
💡 Notes:
Swap chicken for tofu or shrimp for a variation.
Add chili flakes for some heat.
