FROZEN GREEK YOGURT PEANUT BUTTER BITES
(with Chocolate Chips)
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¼ cup mini or regular chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or syrup), and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
2. Fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Line a tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Scoop the mixture into bite-sized balls using a spoon or mini cookie scoop.
5. Place on the tray and freeze for at least 2–3 hours or until firm.
6. Transfer frozen bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
