500 g chicken breast, cubed π

For the rice:
250 g basmati rice π
500 ml water π§

Cook rice in salted water until fluffy. Heat oil in a large pan, sautΓ© garlic and onion until fragrant, then add chicken and cook until golden. Stir in bell peppers, soy sauce, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, tossing until the chicken is coated and the peppers are tender-crisp. Serve hot with rice, garnished with parsley and chili flakes.
