Ingredients:
4 chocolate glazed donuts
½ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
For the drizzle:
¼ cup peanut butter
2 tbsp milk
Instructions:
Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy. Gently fold in the crushed Reese’s cups. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
Prepare the Donut Bases
Cut each donut in half horizontally. On the bottom halves, spread a thin layer of peanut butter—this helps the filling stick and boosts the flavor.
Assemble the Sandwiches
