Instructions

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Gently fold in the crushed Reese’s cups. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up slightly.
