Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
1 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cucumber, sliced
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Paprika & chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Place cooked rice in a bowl.
2. Add sliced grilled chicken on top.
3. Arrange cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices.
4. Add a dollop of Greek yogurt.
5. Sprinkle with paprika and fresh parsley.
