Indian Butter Chicken
**Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tsp ginger (grated), 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp butter, 1 cup heavy cream
**Directions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
3. Stir in tomato paste, cumin, garam masala, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add butter and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until sauce thickens.
5. Serve hot with rice or naan. Enjoy!
