1 ribeye or NY strip steak, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 8-10 large shrimp, peeled & deveined, 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated, 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional), 1 cup basmati or jasmine rice, 1 1/2 cups chicken broth, 1 tsp turmeric or saffron, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp butter, 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper.

Directions:
1. Prepare the Yellow Rice: Rinse rice and drain. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add rice, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes until fluffy.
2. Cook the Steak: Rub steak with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side. Add butter and baste the steak for extra flavor. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
3. Prepare the Cajun Shrimp: In the same pan, melt butter and add shrimp. Season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, then squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp.
4. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thick and creamy.
5. Steam the Broccoli: Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Steam for 5 minutes until tender but crisp.
