Crockpot Apple Barbecue Pork Loin
Ingredients:
⦁ 2 lb pork loin
⦁ 21 oz can apple pie filling
⦁ 1 cup barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s)
⦁ 2 tbsp minced dried onions
Instructions:
1. Place pork loin in crockpot.
2. Mix apple pie filling, BBQ sauce, and onions in a bowl.
3. Pour sauce mixture over pork.
4. Cook on low 6–8 hours or high 3–4 hours.
5. Serve over rice, noodles, or baked potato.
6. Drizzle sauce and make sure to scoop some apples with every bite! 🍎🍖
