So this is a bit heavy on carbs but could someone lighten it up for me? Tastes like peanut butter pie! 13 carb 23 protein 153 cal. (I only use a tsp of the chocolate to swirl the top...honesly it adds little to no carbs.) If I sub the yogurt with Two good and get the sugar free PB Fit..it is only 2 carbs less. I would like to keep yogurt in my diet due to antibiotic use. This is my entire lunch. B fast is little to no carbs and same with dinner.
