Cheesy Beef Grilled Burrito 🌯🧀

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion (diced)
1 cup cooked rice
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar & mozzarella cheese (mixed)
1 packet taco seasoning
½ cup sour cream (for serving)
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions:
Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Lay out tortillas, add rice, beef mixture, and a generous amount of cheese.
Fold tightly into a burrito.
Grill or press burritos on a hot skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
Serve hot with sour cream on the side.
