🛒 Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets, cut into chunks 🐟
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup broccoli florets 🥦
1 cup cooked white rice 🍚
For the garlic herb sauce:
1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
👩🍳 Instructions:
Season salmon with salt and pepper, then sear in a pan with olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and parsley. Simmer until slightly thickened. Steam broccoli until tender. Serve salmon pieces over rice with broccoli and drizzle generously with the garlic herb sauce. Enjoy warm!
