Shrimp & Broccoli Stir-Fry 🍤🥦
**Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 4 cups broccoli florets, 1 tbsp garlic (minced), 2 tsp ginger (minced)
- ½ cup honey, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch, ¼ tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
**Directions:
1. Make the Sauce: In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and red pepper flakes.
2. Cook Broccoli: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook Shrimp: In the same pan, melt butter and sesame oil. Add shrimp, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2–3 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
4. Thicken the Sauce: Stir in the prepared sauce. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water and add it to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
5. Combine & Serve: Return broccoli to the pan, toss to coat everything evenly, and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
