1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions
Prepare the Sweet & Spicy Glaze
Make the Glaze: In a small saucepan, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and grated ginger. Heat over medium heat until simmering. Reduce the heat and let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp
