Ingredients:
1.5 pounds of flank steak, sliced thin
2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced
1 onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice, for serving
Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, cornstarch, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ground ginger, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
Layer the crock pot with the sliced flank steak, bell peppers, onion, and garlic.
Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef becomes tender.
Serve hot over cooked rice and top with chopped green onions for a garnish.
