Ingredients
1 lb prawns (peeled and deveined)
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
Juice of 1 lemon (plus lemon zest)

2 cups jasmine rice
4 cups water or broth
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook the Jasmine Rice
Rinse Rice: Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
