Corn Flake Candy
Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups corn flakes
Directions:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and corn syrup. Stir constantly until it begins to boil.
Remove from heat and immediately stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
Gently fold in the corn flakes until they are evenly coated in the mixture.
Quickly drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
Allow the candies to cool and set completely at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
