200g plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice π
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp chopped dill or parsley πΏ
Salt & pepper to taste
Toppings:

Start by cooking the rice in salted water until tender and fluffy. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the meatballs until golden brown and cooked through. For the sauce, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth. To assemble, divide rice into bowls, top with meatballs, cucumber, tomato, onion, and a generous spoonful of the herbed yogurt sauce. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
