HOMEMADE MOOSE TRACKS ICE CREAM (No-Churn) with no gaps or spacing issues:

INGREDIENTS

2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup peanut butter cups (chopped)

1/3 cup chocolate fudge sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

2. In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with 1/4 cup fudge sauce until combined.

3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the fudge-milk mixture in 2–3 batches until smooth.

4. Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.

5. Pour half of the mixture into a loaf pan. Drizzle some fudge sauce and swirl lightly.

6. Add the remaining ice cream base on top and repeat with more fudge swirl.

7. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

TO SERVE
Scoop and drizzle with more chocolate fudge before serving.
