Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup sweetener of your choice
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter (preferably natural)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and sweetener until well combined.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and then let it cool.
4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
5. Add the heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixture and blend until fully incorporated.
