Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough (Keto + High Protein)
Ingredients:
½ cup cottage cheese
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or unflavored)
1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
1-2 tsp sweetener of choice (monk fruit, stevia, etc.)
1-2 tosp almond flour (optional, for texture)
1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
Dash of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
