Pan-Seared Salmon Bites
Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Salmon:

Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces.

Pat the salmon cubes dry with a paper towel to ensure they sear properly.

2. Make the Marinade:

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Marinate the Salmon:

Place the salmon cubes in a shallow dish or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss the salmon to ensure each piece is coated. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.

4. Sear the Salmon:

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Add a little olive oil to the skillet, then add the marinated salmon cubes. Cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and slightly crispy on the edges. Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet to allow the salmon to sear properly.

5. Garnish and Serve:

Once the salmon is seared and cooked through, remove it from the skillet.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for added freshness and color.

Serve the pan-seared salmon bites with a side of vegetables, over rice, or in a salad. Enjoy your delicious, flavorful meal!
