🔥 S’mores Nachos 🍫
Ingredients
8–10 full-sheet graham crackers (regular or cinnamon), broken into bite-sized pieces
1½ cups mini marshmallows
½ cup regular-sized marshmallows (for topping)
Âľ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bars)
Optional Add-Ins:
Caramel bits
Crushed pretzel pieces
Sliced bananas
Peanut butter drizzle
Sprinkles or flavored chips (mint, raspberry, etc.)
Instructions
Prep the Pan: For campfire or grill cooking, use an 8x8-inch disposable aluminum foil pan or a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet. For oven baking, a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish works best.
Layer the Base: Spread half the broken graham cracker pieces evenly across the bottom of the pan. Scatter half the mini marshmallows and half the chocolate chips over the crackers.
Add a Second Layer: Repeat with the remaining graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips. Top with the regular-sized marshmallows for a dramatic, toasted finish.
Cooking Method – Choose One:
Campfire/Grill: Place the pan on a grate over medium-hot coals (not open flame). Cover loosely with a sheet of heavy-duty foil. Heat for 7–10 minutes, checking occasionally, until marshmallows are puffed and chocolate is melted.
Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Bake uncovered for 8–10 minutes. For golden-brown marshmallows, switch to broil for the last 1–2 minutes—watch closely to avoid burning.
Serve Immediately: Let cool for 2–3 minutes (the filling will be very hot!). Serve straight from the pan by hand—just grab a graham piece and dip or scoop up the melty goodness.
