Ingredients:
⦁ 1 lb ground beef
⦁ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
⦁ ½ cup diced onions
⦁ 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
⦁ 1 cup cooked rice (optional)
⦁ 2 eggs, beaten
⦁ Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
1. Brown ground beef with onions, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain fat.
2. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, eggs, and cooked rice (if using).
3. Combine beef mixture with soup mixture, pour into a greased casserole dish.
4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese melts.
