Get ready to spice up your dinner with this Spicy Salmon Rice Bowl! Packed with tender salmon, perfectly seasoned rice, and a zesty kick, this bowl is a delicious and healthy meal that will have your taste buds dancing! 💃🍚✨

🛒 Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha sauce

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp ginger powder

2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or sushi rice)

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup edamame (optional)

1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder to create the marinade.

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets.

Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes, or until cooked through and easily flaked with a fork.

While the salmon is baking, prepare your rice in a bowl and top it with cucumber slices, shredded carrots, and edamame (if using).

Once the salmon is cooked, flake it into chunks and place it on top of the rice and veggies.

Drizzle any leftover marinade over the top and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro for an added burst of flavor.
