Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
3 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
3 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Stage 1: Prep the Chicken
In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken with cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
Let it marinate for 10 minutes while you prep the veggies.
Stage 2: Stir-Fry the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Stage 3: Stir-Fry the Veggies
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil to the skillet.

Stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes until coated in sauce and heated through.
Sprinkle sliced green onions on top before serving.
