• 1½ cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice

• Salt & pepper to taste



🥣 Avocado Garlic Cream Sauce
• 1 ripe avocado
• ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
• 1 tbsp lime juice 🍋
• Salt & pepper to taste
Water (to thin if needed)



🔥 Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken
• In a bowl, toss chicken strips with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
• Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
• Remove from skillet and set aside.



2. Roast the Potatoes
• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, oregano, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.



3. Prepare the Cilantro-Lime Rice
• In a small bowl, toss warm cooked rice with olive oil, cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
• Keep warm.



4. Make the Avocado Cream Sauce
