Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully remove the cabbage core and place the whole head in the boiling water for about 2-3 minutes, or until the leaves start to soften. Remove and let cool.
2. Once cooled, peel off 12-14 leaves and trim the thick vein from the bottom of each leaf for easier rolling.
3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the meat mixture into the center of each cabbage leaf, fold in the sides, and roll tightly from the end closest to you to the top.
5. In a separate bowl, mix diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
6. Pour half of the sauce into the bottom of a large baking dish. Arrange the cabbage rolls seam side down in the dish, then cover with the remaining sauce.
7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
