Ingredients
For the Nachos:
8-10 full sheets of graham crackers, roughly broken into bite-sized pieces
1 ½ cups (150g) mini marshmallows
1 cup (150g) milk chocolate chips or chunks
½ cup (75g) chopped dark chocolate
¼ cup (60g) caramel sauce
¼ cup (30g) crushed graham crackers
Optional Add-Ons:
¼ cup (40g) peanut butter chips
½ cup (50g) crushed pretzels
2 tbsp (30g) melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat and Prep:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
2. Create the Base:
Arrange the graham cracker pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. For extra richness, lightly brush the graham crackers with melted butter before adding toppings.
3. Layer the Toppings:
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the graham crackers. Follow with the milk chocolate chips and dark chocolate chunks (if using). For a fun twist, add peanut butter chips or crushed pretzels at this stage.
4. Bake to Gooey Perfection:
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and puffy, and the chocolate is melted. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
