Main Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old) 🍚
250 g beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced 🥩
1 cup green peas 🟢
1 cup sweet corn 🌽
1 medium carrot, diced 🥕
1 small red bell pepper, diced 🫑
2 tablespoons soy sauce 🍜
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame oil 🥄
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Salt and black pepper to taste 🧂
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté carrots and bell pepper for 2 minutes, then stir in peas and corn. Add cooked rice and stir-fry everything together. Return the beef to the pan and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for 2–3 more minutes until well mixed and heated through. Serve hot and enjoy!
