Pork Chop Supreme
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops 3–4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onions until soft (about 5 minutes).
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, and mustard.
Return pork chops to the skillet. Pour the creamy mixture over them. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20–25 minutes or until pork is tender.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover until melted.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
