🍫 🍫 No-Bake Choco-Peanut Balls - Crispy melting minute
Without oven, full of texture, irresistible.

📌 Ingredients - for 12 to 15 balls
200 grams of peanut butter
50 g of melted butter
100 g of icing sugar
120 gm of crushed or waffle crackers
1 c. at vanilla extract coffee
200g dark or milk chocolate (for coating)

Caramel bursts, cookie crumbs or praline for decoration (optional)

👩 🍳 Preparation
Preparing the base
In a salad bowl, mix peanut butter, melted butter, icing sugar, vanilla and crumbs in cornflakes or cookies. You get moldable dough but not sticky.

Form the balls
Forming balls with your hands (or with a Parisian spoon). Place on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Coated in chocolate
Melting chocolate at the Bain-Marie. Dip each scoop in the melted chocolate with a fork. deposit on a sheet of paper

Decorate and dig in
Sprinkle immediately with toffee crumbs or other topping. Leave cool for 20-30 minutes.

💡 Tips
Preservation: fresh in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Gourmet option: add hazelnut chips, chocolate chips or even nuts to the batter.

Vegan version: uses plant butter and certified dark chocolate.
